Qualifications & Training
Amy is a fully registered clinical psychologist. Her level of expertise has lead to her receiving clinical endorsement for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and obtaining membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Experience
Amy has trained in a range of evidence-based treatments. These include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Therapeutic Approach / Area of Expertise
Amy is a clinical psychologist who is compassionate, authentic and has a warm interpersonal style. She works with adults and young people experiencing a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, relationship/ attachment issues (individual clients only), complex and relational trauma, and psychosis (including schizophrenia).
Amy is passionate about creating a supportive and safe space for her clients to feel heard, and develop skills to build rich, full and meaningful lives.
